About Journey Gummies
Vegan, gluten-free gummies, eight per package at 3mg of lab-tested psilocybin each — 24mg total. Each gummy is measured by actual psilocybin alkaloid, not whole-mushroom weight. Third-party verified, batch-tested, dosed with care.

How much to take?
Gummy mg numbers measure actual lab-tested psilocybin alkaloid. Capsule mg numbers measure dried whole-mushroom weight. The two are not interchangeable. A 1.5mg gummy is not a smaller dose than a 100mg capsule — it is a different measurement entirely.
Use this table for gummies. Use the capsule table on the Pathfinder or any macrodose page for capsules. Never compare numbers between formats.

- Morning, with or after food. Never within four hours of intended sleep.
- Pair micro days with The Good Way — the morning practice is where the work lands.
- Log your experience. Benefit reveals over weeks, not days.
- Cycle, then rest. 4–8 weeks of practice followed by an equal rest period.
- Never re-dose mid-ceremony. What you feel at 90 minutes is not the peak.
Do not receive if you have: personal or family history of schizophrenia or psychosis, any diagnosed mental health crisis, current use of lithium or MAOIs, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Use caution with SSRIs, SNRIs, cardiovascular conditions, and bipolar disorder. The Blueberry (Panaeolus Cyanescens) gummy is meaningfully more potent than cubensis at equivalent mg — start conservatively even with prior experience.
