Legal Information


The Church of Psychedelics offers an Ambassador Program designed to reward individuals and organizations (“Partners”) for referring members to our spiritual community. By participating, all Partners agree to the following:

  • Independent Relationship: Participation does not create any employment, agency, joint venture, or franchise relationship between the Partner and The Church of Psychedelics. Partners act as independent entities responsible for their own actions, business activities, and legal compliance.
  • Referral Conduct: Partners must ensure referrals are conducted ethically, legally, and in alignment with our spiritual values. The Church of Psychedelics is not liable for misrepresentation, misconduct, or unauthorized claims made by Partners or their referrals.
  • Referral Oversight: Partners are responsible for the behavior of individuals they refer. Violations by referred individuals may result in corrective action against the referring Partner, including suspension or removal from the program.
  • Program Termination and Changes: The Church of Psychedelics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program or any Partner’s participation at any time, including for unethical conduct, brand misrepresentation, or violations of these Terms.
  • Tracking and Compensation: Referral tracking and commission structures are determined by The Church of Psychedelics. All commissions are subject to review and eligibility based on accurate referral activity and program compliance.
  • Ethical Representation & Compliance: Partners must refrain from making medical claims, engaging in deceptive marketing, or misrepresenting our community, the legality of sacraments, or program structure. The Church of Psychedelics reserves the right to terminate Partner accounts and withhold commissions for violations.
  • Limitation of Liability: The Church of Psychedelics shall not be held liable for actions taken by Partners or their referrals. Partners agree to indemnify and hold The Church of Psychedelics harmless from third-party claims arising from program participation.
